Furnace Shell

The Swing-up Door structure, the left hinge is fixed, and the operation is convenient.

Refractory
Multi-layer thermal insulation design, double-layer light refractory brick lining with strong structure, high-strength stacking and splicing, no asbestos, low heat loss and low energy consumption

Heating System
1、High-quality HRE spiral resistance wire heating element is wound on the ceramic support tube with free heat radiation heating in the furnace cavity, which is energy saving and high efficiency for long service life
2、Heating on three sides (left and right and furnace bottom) for good homogeneity in the furnace
3、 Silicon carbide base plate covers and protects the bottom heating element with high mechanical strength, and good thermal conductivity, while providing horizontal load bearing

Temperature Control Panel
